• Monday - Friday schedule with 35 patient-facing hours and 5 admin hours weekly
• 28 patients per day with no assigned patient panel
• No panel management duties such as medication refills or routine follow-up requests
• Dedicated administrative time built into daily schedule for documentation
• Community health center setting serving diverse patient population
• Spanish, Farsi, or Russian language skills are a plus
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates considered
• DEA required; experienced providers preferred

From $255000.00 to $331000.00 annual
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
