• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Join a collaborative group practice model with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives
• Average patient census of 18 per day
• Full-range OB-GYN services including urogynecology and midwifery
• Longer patient visit times to support personalized, relationship-based care
• Supports medicated and unmedicated birth options for comprehensive patient-centered care
• DEA licensure required

From $250000.00 to $260000.00 annual
