• Monday - Friday 10-hour workdays
• 18 - 24 patients per shift
• Inpatient hospital setting
• 80 - 90 deliveries per month
• C-section and complicated delivery skills required
• May include weekend call coverage
• Office gynecology procedures required
• 30-minute call response time
