PRACTICE OVERVIEW

• Shift-based OB hospitalist model supporting two premier medical centers, both featuring Level III NICUs

• Backed by one of the largest MFM community practices in the country with 24/7 MFM collaboration built into the care model

• Flexible scheduling — choose your pace: 10, 12, or 15+ shifts per month

• Teaching openings and a robust professional development program

• Full EHR, PACS, voice dictation, and premium ultrasound technology

• Genetic counselors and advanced mid-level support integrated into the clinical grp

COMPENSATION OVERVIEW

• $75,000 commencement incntv

• First-year earning potential ~$370,000 at 10 shifts/month

• First-year earning potential ~$420,000 at 12 shifts/month

• First-year earning potential ~$495,000+ at 15 shifts/month

• No state income potential tax — take-home pay goes significantly further than most markets

• Full Bnfts + 401(k)
