• Base Salary: $250,000 / year based on experience

Role: Family Medicine Physician

• Annual exams, Immunizations, Acute walk-in care
• EMR System: EPIC
• Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm
• Average Daily Volume: 18 Patients Per Day
