• 7 am - 7 pm 12 hour shift and/or 7 pm - 7 am
• Average census of 8 patients with solo coverage
• 16 bed Med/Surg ICU
• Adult patient population
• Responsible for codes
• May be consulted for Select Specialty LTAC onsite
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
