• 4 days in office, 1 day working from home
• See patients of all ages in outpatient setting
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• 32 patient contact hours weekly
• Board-certified family medicine required
• 2 years outpatient experience required
• Work with mid-level support staff
• DEA license required

From $273000.00 to $290000.00 annual
