Primary Care Physician – Phoenix Metro Area
An innovative and fast-growing network of community-based healthcare centers is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians to join their expanding team in the Phoenix metro area. These centers focus on delivering high-quality, value-based health and wellness services to the Medicare population—improving outcomes, managing medical costs, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Ideal Candidates

  • Passionate about value-based care and improving outcomes for senior populations
  • Collaborative, patient-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional care experience
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required
  • MD or DO with an active or eligible Arizona medical license
