• 12-hour shifts -- mix of 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am schedules
• Light patient census of 4 - 8 patients
• PICU setting with ongoing coverage potential
• Primarily night shift coverage with occasional day shifts
• Sedation procedures preferred
• Coverage needed for holiday and seasonal rotation
