• Clinic Monday and Wednesday -- surgery blocks Tuesday and Thursday
• 15 patient encounters per shift with 3 admissions
• 1:4 call ratio with 20-minute response time required
• 7 - 10 days of 24-hour call per month
• Colorectal, GI malignancies, melanoma, and sarcoma procedures
• No breast procedures required
• Ongoing coverage needed for 3 - 6 months
