• 4 week monthly commitment -- clinic hours 9 am - 4:30 pm
• 18 - 20 patient encounters per clinic day plus 5 - 10 phone consults
• 1 OR day per week with scheduled cases
• Morning rounds 7 am - 9 am with team of 4 PAs
• Regional tertiary care transfer center
• No facial trauma cases required
• Coverage needed at 1 of 3 major referral centers in region
• Inpatient consults with 0 - 4 daily admissions
