• Day shifts 10 hours, night shifts 12 hours, swing shifts 10 hours
• 14 - 16 patients per day, 6 - 7 admissions per shift
• Hospitalist coverage at community hospital
• Closed ICU with dedicated intensivist coverage
• Weekend and night block scheduling available
• ACLS required -- procedures preferred but not required
• Two-day orientation required before first shift
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
