• Weekend shifts: Friday 7pm - Monday 7am with built-in rest period
• 3 - 5 pulmonary consults per shift
• Medical/surgical ICU setting
• Consulting role -- not primary patient care
• Central lines, arterial lines, and intubations required
• Adult patient population
• One weekend per month commitment
