Anesthesiology - Generalist
Mid sized Health System in Upstate, New York are seeking Anesthesiologist to join their team. The new team member will enjoy:
Highlights of the Opportunity:
- Comfortable 1:8 weekend call schedule
- Protected post-call day off
- Bread and Butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, healthy Pediatric cases
- No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
- Approximately 70% hands-on solo cases, 30% CRNA/Resident supervision
- $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits:
- Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $640K
- $510k base compensation
- $100K starting and retention bonuses
