This Urology position in Vernal, Utah is a Permanent opening offered as a hospital- or clinic-employed arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is listed (alongside solo-independent and single-specialty group options). As an employed physician, you would work as a W-2 employee of the hiring organization, which handles compensation administration, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, along with the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure — allowing you to focus on clinical care rather than business administration.

This is a new permanent Hospital employed OR
private practice position. The schedule is for four 10 hour days. This is a
wide open market with no competition as no other Urologists are in town or
nearby. This is a General Adult Urology position including laparoscopic,
adult, pediatric, and adolescent work available. This is a solo hospital based
employed salary position (or could be private practice). Candidate WILL NOT
have to be on call 24/7. Call is 10 days a month. Compensation is competitive.
Additionally, full mal practice paid, comprehensive benefits program including
major family medical, dental, life, and disability. There is a matching 401K
program as well with paid time off. Relocation paid and signing bonus
available. Position is for someone who can start and grow a new practice.
They will have a new office in a new Medical Office Building attached to the
hospital. There is no DaVinci Robotic equipment here. You will have mid-level
support. Enjoy small town rural living here. Great area for fishing, hunting,
and outdoor sportsman activities. Excellent support with referrals from the ER
and Primary Care Staff and other medical staff members. Acceptable candidates
are MD or DO, FMG is fine, however no visa or locums candidates. Start date is
open and negotiable
