This Urology opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma is offered as a hospital- or clinic-employed position, one of two arrangements under which this role is available (the other being a single-specialty group structure). As an employed physician, you would be a W-2 employee of the hiring organization, which administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure — allowing you to focus on clinical care with fewer business and administrative responsibilities. This is a permanent position structured under an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed at the national average tier. Call responsibilities include a 1:4 patient call rotation within the practice and a separate 1:4 emergency department call rotation. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are available to support your transition into the role.

A rapidly growing, 3-physician Urology group in Tulsa, Oklahoma is adding another physician to their team. This is an employed position through the Utica Park Clinic, a multi-specialty group which is part of the Hillcrest Health System. The group works at Hillcrest Medical Center, a 590-bed facility serving a population of over 400,000 in the greater Tulsa metropolitan area and they are also on staff at Hillcrest Hospital South, a 180-bed suburban facility. The hospital has all of the essential equipment needed for delivering the highest quality care in Urology, including robotic surgery. Call will be 1 in 4. They are seeking a well trained, board certified or board eligible urologist, comfortable with robotic surgery. Compensation and benefits are competitive.
