We are seeking an Urgent Care physician to join our team at Asante Health System in Grants Pass, Oregon. This practice currently has 3 Urgent Care physicians and 3 Advance Practice Providers with a great support staff. The practice is located on the campus of Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, our 125-bed hospital that combines a community hospital feel with the high-tech capabilities of a modern facility. Highlights of the opportunity include: - Base salary of $220,000 per year - Performance bonus incentives of up to $20,000 per year - $50,000 signing bonus - $12,500 relocation assistance - $5000 annual CME allotment - Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits - 30 days of of paid time off per year Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program. License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
