Solo / Independent Practice Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Chattanooga, Tennessee
This Telemedicine: Internal Medicine position, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is a permanent role offered as a solo/independent practice opportunity — one of several arrangements available for this position, alongside options such as employed, group, part-time, and virtual formats. In this structure, you would run your own practice rather than being an employee: billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports the start-up phase through an income guarantee, which is listed among the financial structures for this role, while you retain the autonomy and financial upside that comes with ownership.
The financial offering for this listing is presented at the National Average tier. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this position.
Candidates considered include those who are board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, trained in allopathic or osteopathic medicine, and either American or foreign medical graduates holding US citizenship or a green card.
