Military / VA Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Worcester, Massachusetts
This telemedicine internal medicine position is offered as a Military/VA arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is available. In this federal setting, you would provide care to active-duty personnel, veterans, and their families, with compensation and benefits following federal schedules and malpractice coverage provided under federal protection. These positions typically offer predictable scheduling and are structured around a mission-driven patient population, without the billing and administrative demands of private practice.
For this listing, there is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call. The financial offering is listed at the National Average tier, structured through options that include an income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract arrangement.
This role is also available under a range of other structures — including solo-independent, single- and multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, academic, community health center/FQHC, contract, part-time, administrative/medical director, virtual, and non-clinical case management arrangements. Candidates may be board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, and both MD and DO training backgrounds, as well as AMG and FMG graduates, are considered; applicants must hold US citizenship or a green card.
