Hospital / Clinic Employed Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in Honolulu, Hawaii
This telemedicine family practice position in Honolulu, Hawaii is a permanent role, and one of the ways it is offered is as a hospital/clinic/MSO-employed arrangement. In this structure, the employing organization serves as both the recruiting and paying entity — you would be a W-2 employee, with the employer administering compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and typically supplying the clinical infrastructure needed to deliver virtual care. This setup is designed to let you focus on clinical work rather than business administration.
This same opening is also listed under a number of other practice structures, including solo-independent, single- and multi-specialty group, academic, military/VA, community health center/FQHC, contract, part-time, administrative/medical director, virtual, and non-clinical case management options — so if the employed model isn't the right fit, related structures may be available for this same role.
For this listing, the financial offering is listed at the national average tier, with compensation frameworks that may include income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, depending on the structure selected. There is no emergency department call obligation associated with this role, and no patient call rotation is required.
