Hospital employed trauma surgery opening just outside Detroit Michigan. They currently have 4 providers and are looking for a 5th. 1 in 5 call which includes some general surgery. Level II trauma designation and just re-verified last month. See 4 to 7 patients per day. Opportunity to advance to program director. The hospital has 160 staffed beds 300 physicians on staff and 100 residents. This is a hospital employed position with the compensation base salary and bonuses of $275000 to $350000 malpractice with tail relocation and full benefits that include vacation CME allowance 403B health dental vision disability and life insurance. The community is located only 30 miles from Detroit. The community has close to 70000 residents.
