Multi-Specialty Group Surgery: Trauma Job in Ocala, Florida
This trauma surgery position in Ocala, Florida is offered as part of a multi-specialty group arrangement, where you would practice alongside physicians across a range of specialties within one organization. Referral relationships in this model are largely internal, and administrative functions are typically handled centrally, which can help build a patient panel without requiring you to establish outside referral networks on your own.
The same role is also listed under several other practice structures — including solo-independent, single-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, and academic arrangements — so you can consider which setting fits best. Compensation is structured through an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with production bonus, with the financial offering listed as Open. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are included.
Call responsibilities include an internal patient call rotation of 1:6 or better and an emergency department call rotation of 1:6 or better. The position is open to both board-certified and board-eligible surgeons, MD and DO trained, including AMGs and FMGs, and welcomes candidates currently in training as well as recently trained or experienced physicians.
