Contract Surgery: Plastic & Reconstruction Job in Miami, Florida
This position for a Plastic & Reconstruction Surgery role in Miami, Florida is offered as a contract arrangement, alongside other available structures for this opening. As a contractor, you would typically work under a defined agreement covering term, schedule, and rate, functioning as an independent contractor rather than an employee. This generally means handling your own benefits and usually your own retirement and tax withholding, with malpractice terms set by the agreement — an approach that trades some employer-provided benefits for greater flexibility and often stronger compensation rates.
This opening is also listed under Solo-Independent and Single-Specialty Group structures, so you may discuss which arrangement best fits your goals. The financial offering for this listing is stated in the $900,000–$999,999 tier. There is no emergency department call associated with this role, and a partnership opportunity is available.
