Single-Specialty Group Surgery: Pediatric Job in Duluth, Minnesota
In a single-specialty group, you join an established practice of physicians in your own specialty, where clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration are already in place. The role may be structured under several financial arrangements, including an income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract. Emergency department call for this position follows a 1:6 or better rotation.
