Board Certified or Eligible Critical Care Surgeon to join the Trauma and Surgical Critical Care staff of a large Level II Trauma Center. Experience or training in caring for trauma patients and ATLS and ACLS Certification required. Provide care for both trauma and acute care surgical patients. Must be a team player and be able to supervise mid-level providers. Cover four 24-hour shifts and one weekend per month. Position will provide an excellent compensation package including salary and full benefits. Desirable coastal community on Long Island, less than one hour to New York City.
