This position is offered as a single-specialty group opportunity, in which you would join an established practice of physicians within general surgery. In this model, clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration are already in place, and call responsibilities are typically shared among the group's physicians, allowing for peer collaboration within your specialty and less individual administrative burden than a solo setting. This role is also offered under an employed arrangement with a hospital, clinic, MSO, or other organization.
