Currently seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join an employed multi-specialty group located in Northampton, MA. Colo-rectal fellowship training a huge plus and highly preferred. Shift: Day shift Hours: Varies Schedule: Full Time; Call will be 1:5; shared with other employed and private practice general surgeons. Facility Description: This is a dynamic 140-bed community hospital with a modern six-room operating suite, 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist programs, and fully implemented EHR. Specific Qualifications: -Licensed in the state of MA. -The ideal candidate will be interested in developing a full scope general surgery practice in a setting that is both personally and professionally rewarding. Compensation: Compensation and benefits package will be highly competitive. $200K PLUS 6-7% OF BASE AS INCENTIVE BONUS RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND SIGN ON BONUS $10K
