Regional healthcare leader in eastern NC is seeking an experienced fellowship trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a primary clinical interest in breast and microsurgery to join their growing surgical program. Applicants should be board eligible or board certified in plastic surgery. Position is employed practice within health network of care. The practice provides the full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery. The successful candidate will provide care at a Level 1 trauma center and will have close collaboration with other surgical specialists including surgical oncology, orthopedics, and wound care, with a primary focus on reconstructive plastic surgery. Opportunity available due to practice expansion. Established practice with 3 surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. Ability to teach and have support from general surgery residents. Access to a nationally recognized Ambulatory Surgery Center for outpatient procedures. Opportunity to build a cosmetic practice. Expansive referral network consisting of 29 counties and over 1.4 million people.
