Missouri Academic Setting Seeks Rads – 25k sign on bonus for fulltime positions !
This well-respected University is actively recruiting! Currently there are 25 full time faculty members and 7 part time. Level 1 Trauma center with 20 residents and two Fellows . Approximately 250,000 exams are performed each year. These full-time teaching positions are involved with morning conferences as well as scheduled conferences one to two times a month. Research is not required but available if desired. University will also consider Radiologists that are seeking part time with or without call!
Experienced, ABR certified, fellowship trained MSK Rad to lead their MSK section which currently has 3 fellowship-trained MSK rads. The MSK service is in the largest freestanding orthopedic center. The orthopedic department is growing rapidly, creating a need for expansion of the MSK radiology section. MSK faculty work closely with an academic and highly sub-specialized orthopedic department as well as other departments in the University and the community
Abdominal Imaging - involves practice of body CT, MRI, US, plain films including GI, GU studies – no mammo. Weekend call is 1:10. When on call you go into the hospital both days, when you leave for the day, residents take the call but you need to be available. There is also short call from 5pm until 8 pm during the week approx.. twice a month.
Breast Imaging position will offer approximately 60% mammo with the balance in general diagnostics. Weekend call is 1:10. When on call you go into the hospital both days, when you leave for the day, residents take the call but you need to be available. There is also short call from 5pm until 8 pm during the week approximately twice a month.
Neuro Rad – This is a 100 % Neuro position. Weekend call is 1:4. When on call you go into the hospital both days, when you leave for the day, residents take the call but you need to be available.
MSK Rad -you will be working with three other MSK Rads. MRI, CT, US, image guided MSK procedures and plain film. Weekend call is 1:10. When on call you go into the hospital both days, when you leave for the day, residents take the call but you need to be available. There is also short call from 5pm until 8 pm during the week approx.. twice a month. Work in Missouri’s largest freestanding orthopedic center. Recently completed phase 1 of a $40 million expansion and the Orthopedic department is growing rapidly creating a need for expansion of the MSK Radiology section. MSK faculty work closely with an academic and highly subspecialized orthopedic department as well as other departments within the university and the community.
