Suburban Chicago
Physician led practice in one of the largest, growing healthcare systems in the Chicagoland area. Premier group of 30+ seeks additional Radiologists. They cover two hospitals (800+ beds and 220 beds), 3 outpatient imaging centers and a dedicated Breast center. Average volume is 80-100 studies/day. WRVU goal for IR is 8,500. Internal night teams starts at 11pm.
Experienced Interventional Radiologist. You will be joining four other IRs. You will be assigned to an IR rotation each day but will be expected to read diagnostic if/when there is downtime between cases. Call will be 1:5, if frequency is more than Q5 extra compensation is provided. IR weekend call starts at 8pm on a Friday and goes until 7am on Monday morning. Week day call is Monday through Thursday 8pm to 7am. There is no diagnostic call expected of the IR physicians. Receive base salary in the 300’s (negotiable based on experience into high 300’s) with increases in 2nd and 3rd years. Partnership
Breast/Body Imager - full-time body/breast radiologist. The incoming radiologist will primarily rotate at the group’s three outpatient imaging centers. The centers perform a few diagnostic breast imaging studies and do low volume screening mammograms. Each of the outpatient imaging centers is staffed by a full-time radiologist who is responsible for site specific breast imaging and primarily outpatient multimodality body imaging and general radiography. There are no biopsies or fluoroscopic procedures at outpatient sites. The ideal candidate should be able or willing to participate after training is provided by the group in reading automated breast ultrasound (ABUS) and help with mammography QI/QA issues. Additionally, the capability to read a few PET/CTs on occasion is a plus but not a requirement. The candidate will participate in general/predominantly body weekend call pool on average one weekend a month.
Nuclear Medicine Rad or General Rad with Nuc Med PET/CT. Must be proficient in all modalities (no mammo), can expect 6 PET, 7 Nucs per day. Weekend call is 1:4. Receive base salary 320k first year (negotiable based on experience) with increases in 2nd and 3rd years. Partnership
Experienced radiologist for late shift - work Monday through Friday ON SITE from 4 pm to midnight central time. Currently there are two other Rads working this shift. Expected volume per shift is (80-100) 30-40 CT, 10 US and balance in plain films. Receive 350k base salary. Partnership
