Physician led practice in one of the largest, growing healthcare systems in the Chicagoland area is seeking a few Radiologists. They cover two hospitals (800+ beds and 220 beds), 3 outpatient imaging centers and a dedicated Breast center. Average volume is 80-100 studies/day. WRVU goal for IR is 8,500. Internal night teams start at 11pm. For onsite positions salary is 325k+ depending on experience, 8 PTO and all benefits. These are all employed positions.
Breast/Body Imager - full-time body/breast radiologist. The incoming radiologist will primarily rotate at the group’s three outpatient imaging centers on the south side of Chicago. The centers perform a few diagnostic breast imaging studies and do low volume screening mammograms. Each of the outpatient imaging centers is staffed by a full-time radiologist who is responsible for site specific breast imaging and primarily outpatient multimodality body imaging and general radiography. There are no biopsies or fluoroscopic procedures at outpatient sites. The ideal candidate should be able or willing to participate after training is provided by the group in reading automated breast ultrasound (ABUS) and help with mammography QI/QA issues. Additionally, the capability to read a few PET/CTs on occasion is a plus but not a requirement. The candidate will participate in general/predominantly body weekend call pool on average two weekends a month. Hours are primarily 7a to 4p, however you will be required to rotate through the 1-9p shift (15 to 20 times a year)which is a general shift.
Neuro – The incoming neuroradiologist will primarily interpret neuro CT and MRI studies do both adulot and pediatric patients. The practice includes a high volume of trauma, stroke, tumor, head & neck, and spine cases. The radiologist will also participate in multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boards. The new hire can expect 90% Neuro with balance in general but call will be exclusively Neuro call. Call is 1:2 Hours are primarily 7a to 4p, however you will be required to rotate through the 1-9p shift (15 to 20 times a year)which is a general shift.
Nights - seeking a full-time neuro radiologist for a night position. This night radiologist will typically work in two week stretches, Monday – Sunday with two weeks off in between. Hours are 11 PM to 7 AM CST. This is a fulltime remote position. Salary commensurate with experience, from high 300k range to low 400k range for an experienced Radiologist.
