Sign On Bonus in Florida!
Established hospital based private practice of 9 seeks two more Radiologists. They are offering a hefty sign on bonus for formal fellowship trained Ped Rad and Neurorad that can start by the end of the year! The group services a 560+ bed hospital, a couple of outpatient imaging centers and provides reads for some outlying community hospital. The group covers their own internal nighthawk and with the two new hires in place, all rads with take 5 weeks of 9:30pm – 7:30am shift. Weekends are also shared equally 1:10 with new hires in place. (1 Rad during the day and 1 Rad during the night)
Pediatric Radiologist – currently there are two, one is relocating in November. New hire needs to be able to start by January 2020 at the latest. Expect 60% in Peds/40% Adult (no mammo) with a volume of 60-70 studies per day.
Neurorad – this position is open due to retirement. Ideal candidate can start sooner than next summer, however, will consider 2020 fellows with strong ties to the panhandle. You will be the “go to” Neurorad with others’ support. Expect 50 studies/day. Mammo is not required.
Receive 400k base salary with bonus that grows each quarter until partnership (up to 75k), 10 weeks PTO, full benefits including fully paid health insurance, fully funded 401k retirement/pension plan, malpractice, relocation. No buy in partnership after 1 year earning between 500-700k. Located on Florida’s Gulf Coast in a charming historic town on a beautiful bay.
