Hospital / Clinic Employed Psychiatry: General Job in PASCO, Washington

Adult Psychiatrist:
As it is right now it would be 100% Outpatient but, at the most if split, it would be 50/50 between Inpatient and Outpatient. For outpatient, new patient appointments are 40 minutes and follow up patient appointments are 20 minutes.
PRACTICE
Outpatient or In/outpatient mix, weekend in-house call 1/6 coverage, 1/5 weekday phone coverage. Board eligible with requirement to complete Boards by end of contract term. Will see Adult inpatient when on call with average census of 16. Our physician compensation is very competitive, with robust benefits. Facility currently employs six psychiatrists, including one child/adolescent psychiatrist. Services include day treatment, medication management, crisis triage, case management, therapy and an acute inpatient hospital for adults.
