Hospital / Clinic Employed Psychiatry: General Job in El Centro, California
This permanent psychiatry position is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement. The role is open to candidates who are Board Certified or Board Eligible, trained through allopathic or osteopathic pathways, and either American or foreign medical graduates. Position overview:
Provide psychiatric consultation to the program staff and administrators as well as provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and relevant treatment planning to program clients in a community-based treatment model. The position is an integral part of the clinical staff leadership of a multi-disciplinary team that provides client-centered, culturally competent care with the highest standard for quality possible.

- ALL ADULT
- 20-24 patients seen per day
- 90% scheduled
- 10% walk-ins
- 3-4 new evals a day
- 16-18 follow-ups per day
