Psychiatry (General) - Psychiatrist FT and PT positions Salary & Benefits FT- 1st Year - $185,000.00 - $225,000.00 annual. 3rd year profit sharing 4 Weeks paid leave Holiday paid leave CME allowance annual Malpractice allowance annual Professional dues, fee, and license allowance Team driven staff who value the family and family wellness. BC\BE required. Experience preferable in a multi-disciplinary setting, with prescriptive privileges. Must have current valid Alaska license. Credentialing organization must be covered by requirement of the State of Alaska Medical Lic. Board. Must be eligible for DEA certification. Meets all requirements in order to obtain associate medical staff membership and required privileges of service. Ability to provide on demand consultation on medical and prescribing issues to non-medically trained behavioral health providers. Ability to educate and coordinate with other health care professionals. Knowledge and skill in effective communication and interpersonal skills. Communications & Teamwork: Shares and receives information, opinions, concerns, and feedback in a supportive manner. Works collaboratively by building bridges, and creating rapport with team members within departments and across the organization. Functions as a member of the treatment team. Attends staff meetings, training sessions, and planning and problem solving sessions. Participates in regularly scheduled individual and group supervisory sessions.
