Ability to educate and coordinate with other health care professionals. Knowledge and skill in effective communication and interpersonal skills. Communications & Teamwork: Shares and receives information, opinions, concerns, and feedback in a supportive manner. Works collaboratively by building bridges, and creating rapport with team members within departments and across the organization. Functions as a member of the treatment team. Attends staff meetings, training sessions, and planning and problem solving sessions. Participates in regularly scheduled individual and group supervisory sessions.
