JOB DESCRIPTION:
Great opportunity for an experienced Psychiatrist for the development of a NEW Psychiatric Residency Program. This provider will provide program leadership and spearhead the structure for the ACGME application while also providing Psychiatric services to the community with additional providers already in practice. Position includes competitive salary and benefits, annual CME allowance, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
 
HOSPITAL:
Large, comprehensive medical facility in northwest Alabama and serves as the primary referral center for northwest Alabama, south central Tennessee and northeast Mississippi.
 
Regional facility with more than 200 physicians on staff who represent more than 42 specialty areas of medicine. The 250+-bed facility which opened in 2018, offers the community's only open-heart surgery site, a complete line of women's and children's services and a complete line of medical and imaging services. As a Level III Trauma Center, we serve as the primary referral center northwest Alabama, south-central Tennessee, and northeast Mississippi.
