We need an experienced Pediatrician as this person would be the sole provider at this clinic. There are 2 MA’s and 2 Front office staff and a Clinic Manager (1/2 of the time).
$193,129/year plus Incentive Plan up to $16,000/year on top of annual salary based on meeting production and quality metrics.
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance coverage for employees, spouse and/or dependent(s) with monthly employer contribution. (Full time employees are covered up to $794.74 for medical, dental and vision insurance premiums). 8 paid holidays and 88 hours of PTO (vacation and sick combined) per year for your first year. After your first year, you will receive an additional 40 hours of PTO making it 128 hours. 401k with company matching dollar for dollar for the first 3%, and then 50 cents per dollar up to 4%. Relocation assistance offered up to $5,000.
Provider will get reimbursed $75 per credit up to 30 credits per contract year and receive 40 paid hours for continuing education each contract year. Paid membership dues for one Association and Epocrates or Up to Date subscription up to $750
There are no hospital rounds. There is a pediatric nurse call line, which handles the majority of calls, but the provider will still receive some calls that are elevated to the provider.
