Practice Details

Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join an existing practice as an independent physician. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate that wants to walk into a busy successful practice with a competitive salary and benefits package on a net income guarantee arrangement. Inpatient work is very small. Physician will need to attend C-sections (average 1-2 week most of which are scheduled ahead of time) and round in the nursery (1-2 newborns everyday) with 1-2 non-newborn inpatients monthly. Shared call schedule. This practice utilizes Vandy Children's Nurse Triage line for after hours calls which keeps those that get to the doctor a minimum. Each full time provider would have 4 full days of clinic scheduled weekly. This area has been recognized as one of 'The Best Places To Live in Rural America' by a national publication.
