Salary ranges are based on NACHC guides. As a FQHCs, our providers' professional and personal liability are covered by the FTCA. CME allowance, both funds and time off. Licensure and board certification/recertification reimbursement. Sabbatical offered. Tennessee Professional License and Privilege Tax is paid directly by CCHS.
