*Hospital Employed Structure
*Defined Need.  Take over for an exiting physician seeing 25 patients per day
*Group environment
*Four Day work week
*Office with another great pediatrician and two NP's
*Four Exam Rooms
*New Office Space
*Level I Nursery.  No high Risk. Send to sister 600 bed hospital. Averages 0 to 5 newborns at any given time.
*Four OBGYN's
*Shared Call
*Do not have to attend C-sections 
*Compensation.  Base compensation $250K plus wRVU bonus. High earning potential.
*$50K Sign-On
