Solo / Independent Practice Pediatrics: General Job in Duluth, Minnesota
This general pediatrics opening in Duluth, Minnesota is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this position is available (alongside single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, and hospital/clinic/MSO-employed options). As a solo/independent physician, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. In keeping with this arrangement, start-up support such as an income guarantee is typically part of how this structure is financed here.
The financial offering for this listing is noted as Open, meaning terms are negotiable rather than fixed. Emergency department call is described as 1:6 or better, giving you a sense of the on-call frequency tied to this role.
Because this is a solo/independent option, it carries the greatest autonomy of the available structures, along with the administrative and business responsibilities that come with practice ownership.
