Single-Specialty Group Pediatrics: General Job in Duluth, Minnesota
This pediatrics opportunity in Duluth, Minnesota is offered as a Single-Specialty Group arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is available. In this setting, you would join an established group of physicians within your own specialty, where clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administrative systems are already in place. Call is typically shared among the group's physicians, and the structure generally offers peer collaboration within pediatrics along with reduced individual administrative burden compared to solo practice.
Compensation for this listing is structured through options such as an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, under a contract arrangement. The financial offering for this position is listed at the Open tier.
Separately from any internal group call arrangement, this role carries an emergency department call rotation of 1:6 or better. This is worth noting as it reflects your ED coverage responsibilities distinct from general call-sharing within the practice.
