About This Multi-Specialty Group Opportunity

This general pediatrics position in Duluth, Minnesota is a permanent opening offered under several practice structures, including a multi-specialty group arrangement. In this setting, you would practice alongside physicians across a range of specialties within one organization, with referral relationships largely internal and administrative functions handled centrally. This structure can suit physicians who value built-in referral flow and an established organizational framework. Because this listing also appears under solo-independent, single-specialty group, and hospital/clinic/MSO-employed structures, it is worth confirming with the organization which arrangement applies to a given opening.

The role is structured under an employment model, with options listed including income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, and contract; the financial offering for this listing is listed as Open. Emergency department call, where applicable, follows a 1:6 or better rotation.

Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, and both MD and DO training backgrounds are considered, including American and foreign medical graduates. Applicants should hold US citizenship or a green card, and physicians across experience levels — from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners — are eligible to apply.
