About This Multi-Specialty Group Opportunity

This Otorhinolaryngology position in Battle Creek, Michigan is a permanent role offered as a Multi-Specialty Group arrangement, one of several structures under which this opportunity is available — it is also offered as a Single-Specialty Group role and as a position employed directly by a hospital, clinic, MSO, or other entity. In a multi-specialty group, you would practice alongside physicians across many specialties within one organization, with referral relationships largely internal and administrative functions handled centrally, which can help build a patient panel and reduces the need to manage those functions independently.

The role is structured as an employed position, offered either as straight employment or as an employment agreement with a production bonus. The financial offering for this listing is noted as Open. There is no emergency department call associated with this position.

If a multi-specialty environment with internal referral flow and centralized administration fits how you want to practice, this structure may be worth considering alongside the other arrangements offered for this role.
