Practice: • ORS with a 30% Sport Medicine focus • 36-bed acute-care hospital Level 3 Trauma center with ancillary services: Lab, OT, PT, Rehab, Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab • Digital X-ray, MRI, 64-slice CT, Digital Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, 3D Ultrasound • Primary Catchment area of 23K, Secondary of 43K • 14,000K annual visits • Average inpatient census of 12 • Meditech EMR • 5 Private Rooms and a 3-bay Trauma Room • 10 days of Trauma Call required per week/ 1:3 Call Schedule • Work with 2 ANES, 3 CRNA, and 3 PA’s in your clinic and OR • 10-15 hours of OR available per week • Expect 20+ patients a day regularly • Expect 53 Ortho cases a month • Competitive Salary: 9,000 units -> $559,000K/10,000 units -> $625,000K/11,000 units -> $700,000K • Benefits include: 401(k) with Company Match, BC/BS Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, $3K CME Reimbursement, $10K relocation assistance, 6 weeks PTO
