Realistic compensation in the 75%-90% range for a hard working orthopedic surgeon.
4.5 day workweek; with 2 OR days
Board-certified anesthesiology physicians provide 24/7 coverage
Proven and strong referral patterns
1:3 call with willing support staff to assist as necessary; no trauma
