• Single-specialty group with 9 ORS physicians and 1 NS
• Private practice with fast partnership track minimal buy-in (not required but usually done)
• Call arrangement 1 in 5 with new physician; on call for group city-wide but trauma goes to other Level II Trauma Center
• Only Orthopaedic group providing services to a market population of 300000
• Types of procedures performed past year: ORIF Total Knees Total Hips Shoulders Arthroscopy Knees/Shoulders Laminectomies Lumbar & Cervical Fusions
• Outstanding state-of-the art building and offices
• Active patient charts: 16000+
