Oregon seeks Ortho with Adult Reconstruction training We are seeking a Total Joint Specialist to join our Orthopedic Surgery team of 4 and 3 PA's. Full staff complement of support staff. Our practice provides coverage to the Southern area of Oregon and the surrounding counties. Our healthcare system comprised of 3 facilities covers 9 counties and a total service area of 550K population. Our facility isis a state-of-the-art hospital that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents Our facility combines the small hospital feel with the high-tech capabilities of a modern facility. Very generous guaranteed salary is offered as well as a 16% bonus incentive. Conversion to a $/wRVU based salary, plus performance incentives in years 2 and beyond.
