Small town in south TX, safe place to live, low cost of living, 45 minutes from the beach
About the group:
· 6 MDs
· 4 locations

· No red tape / easy going group, that fixes problems quickly
About the Ophthalmologist role:
· Mon-fri 845-530, 1:6 call
· 20% cataract surgery 80% general eye surgery
· This is a replacement position for someone who left when COVID started
· The volume is already here, patient panel is here
· Big demand for cataract surgery in the area
· You can be as busy as you want and make as much as you want
Benefits:
· $300k yr base salary plus $100-300k in bonus potential = 600k / yr
